Healthy Eating Workshop

Unless you've been referred by a doctor or have a known medical condition, we'll start your nutrition education and consultation with Healthy Eating Workshop. At this hour-long group appointment, students will meet with a registered dietitian to learn how to choose balanced meals and snacks on and off campus. By the end of the group appointment, students will increase their basic nutrition knowledge, know tips for eating on a budget and understand cues for eating.

Register for a class on MyHealthSpace under Groups/Workshops.

Healthy Eating Workshop will now be offered on the virtual platform Zoom. You must have access to a computer with a camera and microphone or a phone to dial in to participate. Register Via MyHealthSpace to attend.
