Campus Recreation offers a wide range of innovative programming from indoor fitness to
outdoor adventures. The experienced Campus Recreation team maintains the university's
two comprehensive wellness, fitness and recreation centers plus the university's diverse
fitness programs, recreational activities, and intramural and sport clubs.

Pool at Blatt PE Center
The pool at the Blatt PE Center will be closed for evening swim on Friday, Oct. 25.
The pool at the Blatt PE Center will also be closed Friday, Nov. 1 all day for a
swim meet.
Outdoor pool closure
The outdoor pool at the Strom Thurmond Wellness & Fitness Center has closed for the
season.
Fall into Fitness
"Fall into Fitness" challenge begins October 1 and ends October 31. Students who
attend group x classes can participate. You will receive one point for each class
that you attend. Every five points enters you into a drawing for a free group x pass
for the spring semester. Winners will be announced November 1.
Weather Hotline and Phone App
Intramural Sports has a weather hotline number ( 803-574-1504 ) with a downloadable app . This will allow us to update you on any weather-related game status changes as soon
as they happen.
