Customized personal training is available for all students, faculty and staff.

InBody 270 – The InBody 270 accurately measures your body composition in less than 15 seconds. You will receive a result sheet with key body composition components to track your progress and health which include:

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass
  • Percent Body Fat
  • Body Fat Mass
  • Basal Metabolic Rate and more

Price - $10

Fitness assessments are necessary to obtain an individualized base-line measurement and help you set specific and measurable goals.

The assessment will measure multiple components of your fitness including muscular endurance and strength, cardiovascular endurance, body composition and flexibility. This information allows your trainer to personalize a plan specifically for you.

Price - $30

Your personal trainer will design a program with specific exercises and recommendations based on your goals.

Your personal trainer will follow up within a 2–3 week window to check on your progress and answer questions or address any concerns.

Price - $45

New clients are defined as anyone who has not completed a personal training session with USC Fitness.

Returners are defined as anyone who has completed a personal training session with USC Fitness.

Personal training sessions are offered to current USC students, in good standing, with access to Campus Recreation facilities.

We offer a variety of options to help clients reach their training and health goals. New clients will receive a fitness assessment which is an important tool in designing an individualized program.

  • Fitness Assessment & 3 Training Session Package - $115
  • Fitness Assessment & 6 Training Session Package - $187
  • Fitness Assessment & 9 Training Session Package - $250

Once you have purchased Personal Training Sessions, please fill out our Personal Training Intake Form to match you with a trainer who fits your goals, preferences and availability.

Personal training sessions are offered to current USC students, in good standing, with access to Campus Recreation facilities.

    • 3 Training Sessions - $90.00

  • Structure Pack

After completion of structure package, client will get a personalized progress report.

New clients are defined as anyone who has not completed a personal training session with USC Fitness.

Returners are defined as anyone who has completed a personal training session with USC Fitness.

Personal training sessions are offered at Campus Recreation facilities for individuals that have purchased a membership with Campus Recreation.

    • Blatt PEC during all operational hours Monday - Friday.
    • STWFC Monday - Thursday before 2 p.m.
    • STWFC Friday - Sunday during all operating hours
    • Holidays and breaks during all operational hours

Personal Training

For each one-hour individual training session you'll be paired with a nationally certified personal trainer. In addition to completing an in-house certification course, trainers are certified by national groups including the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
