Time and Absence System Now Live
The University is pleased to announce that the new Time and Absence System is live!
By replacing ITAMS and implementing additional modules in HCM PeopleSoft, the pay,
time and absence management functions are now in one system. Visit the Time/Labor and Absence Management Implementation page to view online resources offered through on-demand and self-paced printable
job aids.
Front-line Support for the New Time and Absence System
Departmental Facilitators have been identified for every College, Division, and Campus
across the university system to create a support system for Students, Staff, and Faculty
for the new Time and Absence System. Our goal is to provide our campus community with
a support system as we learn how to use this new system and these Facilitators will

Electronic Submission of Documents to Payroll
Employees can now submit secure documents remotely to Payroll via Employee Self-Service.
This will allow employees to securely submit these forms without mailing them or
visiting the Payroll Office in person. The pdf below, with step by step instructions,
will walk you through this new process.
