Office of Sponsored Awards Management

Training

The Office of the Vice President for Research offers both in-person and web-based training for researchers and sponsored award administrators.

The Office of Research Team connects researchers with the training they need to comply with USC research policies and procedures, and to help them make the most of funding opportunities. Please refer to the Researcher Training list below for more information on training for human subjects research, animal care and use, Responsible Conduct of Research and research development.

SAM also connects research staff and administrators with training to help ensure they have the most up-to-date information and tools they need to manage grants and other sponsored awards. Refer to the Research Administrator Training list below for more on the Gamecock Research Administrators Network Training (GRANT) courses, offered by Research and Grant Development.
