Papers, 1957-2015, 3.75 ft.

Wyman was manager of the unsuccessful gubernatorial campaign of Albert Watson in 1970. Since 1978, Wyman has written and published the Southern Political Report. The bi-weekly publication provides expert analysis of politics and politicians in the South. Wyman has also written for national publications including the New York Times, Roll Call, Spectator, the Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post, and has provided political commentary on television and radio.

The collection chiefly contains correspondence, writings, topical files, and speeches. Writings include unpublished and published articles and annual editions of the Guide to Southern Politics (1985-1989). Topical files include information about political developments in Georgia between 2001 and 2003 and materials gathered about 1958 South Carolina local elections and the 1960 national elections for Wyman's undergraduate thesis.
