Annual gifts work year-round to enrich the college experience by funding scholarships, recruiting excellent professors, providing for student group initiatives, enhancing classrooms and strengthening the overall student experience. As a senior, you can pay it forward by making a gift to the area of your choice. 

Make an Impact, Leave a Legacy

As seniors, you've had the privilege of time to contemplate the profound impact of your journey at South Carolina. Your senior class legacy gift is an opportunity to shape the student experience in a meaningful way. A gift of any amount is a chance to invest in the improvement of our university. Those who give $20.23 or more will receive a cord to wear at commencement as recognition that they are senior class philanthropists. The two-colored cord is symbolic: part green to represent your gift and part gold to represent your future giving as a Graduate Of the Last Decade. Cords are distributed in the weeks just before commencement; any donors who are eligible for this recognition will be contacted by an Annual Giving staff member. Join the Class of 2023 in making a difference that will resonate for generations to come.
