Hao-Chun (Jo) Chou, a second year doctoral student, was recently awarded a study abroad scholarship from the Ministry of Education in the Republic of China (Taiwan). This scholarship will be put towards funding her research project, Public Punitiveness Based on Crime Type and Victim Impact: An Investigation in Taiwan.
