| The Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program is recruiting sophomores and juniors for the 2004 Summer Research Experience.
The purpose of the McNair program is to increase faculty diversity by helping students from under-represented groups prepare for graduate study at the doctoral level. Students from all disciplines are eligible.
Some of the benefits include a generous summer stipend, research experience, faculty mentoring, and the opportunity to present at national conferences, expenses paid. Faculty members are encouraged to nominate their best students or to inform them of this opportunity.
Deadline for applications is Dec. 15.
