M. Audrey Korsgaard

M. Audrey Korsgaard is Professor in the Management Department at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She earned a Ph.D. from New York University and a B.A. from Rutgers University. Her research focuses on building trust and cooperation among leaders and followers and within teams in business setting. She currently serves on the board of the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, the Journal of Trust Research, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. Audrey Korsgaard’s leadership roles in University service have included: Chair of the University Tenure and Promotion Committee on two separate terms, co-chair of the Provost Search Committee, Chair of the Management Department, Director of the Masters of Human Resources program. She is currently the Director of the Riegel & Emory Human Resources Research Center.
