Diversity Matters Professional Development Series

Diversity Matters is a professional development series which assists faculty and staff in increasing their cultural competence and the benefits of diversity and inclusion on campus.

Spring 2023 Workshops

Competition for talent has become fierce since the height of the pandemic. With an impending recession, organization leaders realize the importance of building the best effective and talented teams. As the war for talent continues, experts call for employers to reimagine and redesign their attitudes towards work.

Diversity Matters this semester, will explore how we can recruit, retain, and maintain diverse talent in higher education.
