Diversity Matters is a brown bag luncheon series which assists faculty and staff in increasing their cultural competence and the benefits of diversity and inclusion on campus.

Fall 2022 Workshops

Some conversations about bias and inequities seem to always go in circles. The talks start, but rarely is the issue addressed. Diversity Matters this semester will explore what role do we play and how we address disparities and inequities that we see in our work. Each workshop will offer tools to be proactive in reducing bias in our work and how to combat bias when they occur.
