Research

We are a group of theory-minded people who use a combination of laboratory microcosms, applied mathematics, and machine learning to understand ecological systems. We love studying ecological networks, macroecology, and infectious disease.

Students and post-docs interested in joining the Dallas lab to work on projects involving either population or community ecology should email Dr. Dallas directly. Interested candidates with background in biology, computer science, or physics would be expected to love theory, have reasonable programming skills (or a desire to learn), and lots of curiosity.
