Hiring Procedures

Faculty appointments are one of the most essential activities of the departmental hiring unit. The university seeks to promote faculty diversity and equal opportunity by making every effort to provide a scholarly and educational environment that is welcoming, challenging and supportive of all participants, regardless of race, class, gender, sexual orientation, genetics, national origin, religion or political perspective.
