USC First Lady to appear on SCETV Radio special
University of South Carolina First Lady Patricia Moore-Pastides will be interviewed at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3, on SCETV Radio’s “The Big Picture” with Mark Quinn. Ms. Moore-Pastides will promote the debut of her new cookbook, “Greek Revival: Cooking for Life.”

The interview will be re-broadcast at 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 5.
The book, published by USC Press, is a celebration of the health benefits of the traditional Greek diet and includes more than 80 recipes coupled with anecdotes about Greek culture.
