Faculty DevelopmentAnnouncements 2008-2009 SECAC Academic Leadership Development Program (ALDP) The Academic Leadership Development Program (ALDP), established by the Southeastern Conference Academic Consortium (SECAC) in 2007, is designed to help develop the leadership skills of tenured faculty on SEC campuses who have demonstrated exceptional ability and leadership promise. The ALDP mission is to identify, develop, prepare, and advance faculty as academic leaders in and for the SEC universities. We are now seeking nominations, including self-nominations, for the 2008-2009 USC ALDP Fellows class. We anticipate choosing between three to five Fellows for 2008-2009. To nominate or to self-nominate, please submit the application form and required materials to the SECAC ALDP Selection Committee by 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2008.
