Sara Rothberger

Sara Rothberger, PhD

TecHealth Postdoctoral Fellow 

Dr. Rothberger earned her Ph.D. in sport and exercise psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is now a postdoctoral fellow working with Dr. Christine Pellegrini. Dr. Rothberger’s research interests include the use of behavioral change interventions to promote physical activity and exploring the construct of self-efficacy in its relation to healthy lifestyle adherence.

Dr. Monroe is an exercise physiologist whose research primarily focuses on technology-based approaches to effectively promote and assess physical activity, as well as to deliver effective behavioral weight control for adults.

Dr. Coulon is a psychologist and clinical scientist, with interests in behavioral medicine approaches to preventing chronic disease in adulthood, and to improving mental well-being. As a postdoctoral researcher with the TecHealth Center, Dr. Coulon worked to identify and evaluate technology-based approaches for stress management and weight-related intervention for chronic disease in adulthood.
