Columbia, S.C., our Hampton Street location offers passport services by appointment.

Due to the high volume of inbound shipments, please allow 24-36 hours before you receieve
your arrival email notification.
Please wait until you receive an email from USC Package Pickup before going to the
package pickup locations at Blatt PE Center or Russell House.

We do not accept Walmart + Home deliveries
These Walmart + Home deliveries are not always made during mailroom hours and have
been found outdoors after multiple days.
The delivery labels do not provide sufficient information for Postal Services to determine
the recipient of packages.
The labels do not always have the recipient’s name and may have another name associated
with the Walmart account. If the name is not in our database, we cannot determine
the recipient.
ANY DELIVERIES NOT SHIPPED THROUGH A CARRIER WILL BE DONATED TO THE CAROLINA PANTRY.

will receive an email with a code to enter to the locker to retrieve your package.
Mail and Package Service Policies
We provide mail and package services at the Student Mail/Package Pickup location and
campus departments. All off-campus students, faculty and staff members are required
to receive their personal mail and packages at home or at their permanent address.
Outgoing personal mail/packages may be presented at either of our retail locations
on campus. State law restricts using university resources to deliver/pickup personal mail and
packages to university employees or departments.
