We provide vital postal services to fit a range of needs, whether you are preparing for a once-in-a-lifetime trip abroad or you simply need to buy postage stamps.
The Russell House Student Mail Center retail and passport counter will be closed August 3–14, 2026, to support student move-in package operations.
Retail and passport services will still be available at 1600 Hampton Street during this time.
Regular operations will resume Monday, August 17, 2026.
Our Russell House location is tailored specifically to the needs of our students and staff, while the services and supplies at our Hampton Street location are available to the university community and the general public.
Visit us before starting out on an international adventure. Your passport is one of the most important things you will take to other countries. It serves to identify you and allows you to carry the protection of the United States with you wherever you go. From taking your application to taking your photo, we can assist you with every step of the process at both locations.
We are responsible for campus mail delivery, collection and processing. We also serve the general population as a U.S. Postal Service intermediary.
You can buy stamps and mailing supplies at either of our retail counters. Come by the Russell House, or visit us at Hampton Street.
Self-service parcel lockers operated by Amazon and the USC Postal Service are conveniently located throughout campus for students, faculty and staff. Eligible packages can be picked up anytime using the access instructions sent when your delivery is ready.
