In our effort to trim the cost associated with credit card payments, the University has established electronic checks as an alternative method of paying tuition and fees without adding more fees to your bill. Please follow the steps below to pay your fees by electronic check.
Checking accounts must be validated before a payment can be made using the account. Follow instructions under Prenoting/Validating Your Checking Account to set this up 5 - 7 days before making a payment.
NOTE: You cannot use corporate accounts, i.e. home equity, traveler's checks, etc. You cannot use a savings account to make a payment. This must be a personal checking account. Do not use a debit card for the electronic check payment option.

The National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) has issued a rule requiring that all ACH web debits are validated before they are used to make a payment or receive a refund. During the prenoting process, we will send a zero-dollar transaction file to the bank to validate if your account is active.
The validation process can take 3-5 business days. You will not be able to make payments using your checking account until your account has been validated. The prenote process will notify you if your payment method cannot be validated. Use the following instructions to set up your account.
