Description: Admissions Office Student Assistants will make calls to prospective students, applicants, and admits and will inform them of missing information, answer questions and assist with the application process. They will conduct campus tours and assist in setting up for admissions events. They will assist in receptionist duties, file, scan, make copies, mail out letters and perform other general office duties. Hours will be between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday through Fridays, depending on availability between the student’s classes and the needs of the office. Tele-counseling specifically will require evening hours from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Mondays - Thursdays. Students may rarely be asked to work occasional Saturday events.

Description: The collections and gallery assistant require working with USC Lancaster’s Art Collection and Special Collection while also assisting with gallery events and exhibits. This position will provide a unique opportunity to work with the only Native American Studies program currently available in South Carolina and hands on experience with the largest collection of Catawba Pottery.
