Dr. Tammi Richardson receives the Michael J. Mungo Distinguished Professor of Year award

The Michael J. Mungo Distinguished Professor of the Year award is UofSC's most prestigious award presented annually to an outstanding teacher of undergraduate studies. The name of each award winner is engraved on a permanent plaque housed on the main floor of the Thomas Cooper Library and award recipients receive $20,000 and a certificate.

Dr. Tammi Richardson was surprised during her class yesterday by a visit from Provost Stephen Cutler, who announced that she was the recipient of the Michael J. Mungo Distinguished Professor of Year award.  Congrats on this well-deserved and remarkable achievement!
