1. Obtain and complete the G-ISC.  The form is located here.  Note:  If the course will replace a required course, the graduate director must write a memo to support the course.  The memo must be turned in with the G-ISC.

 

1. Submit the completed and signed form to the program coordinator who will file a copy and submit it to the registrar and the Graduate School. The form must be approved before registration can be completed for the course (PHIL 797).
