Dr. Alicia Wilson's project entitled "How Does Coastal Development Impact Groundwater Inputs to Estuarine Tidal Creeks (Year 2)" is funded by SC Sea Grant Consortium/NOAA for $74,448.

Dr. Dianne Greenfield's project entitled "Development of a new molecular tool to rapidly detect and quantify harmful algal blooms (HABs) caused by cyanobacteria: Enhanced early warning to safeguard environmental and public health (Year 2)" is funded by SC Sea Grant Consortium/NOAA for $72,104.

Dr. Erik Smith's project entitled "Determining Sedimentation Rates in Stormwater Detention Ponds to Improve Life-Cycle Cost Assessments Associated with Maintenance Dredging (Year 2)" is funded by SC Sea Grant Consortium/NOAA for $64,242.

Dr. James Morris' project entitled "LTREB Renewal: Long Term Studies of Salt Marsh Primary Production" is funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) for $180,000.
