Luisa Hernandez, as a Community Health Worker for the PASOs program, is deeply committed to advocating for and supporting the Latina community. With a passion for improving health outcomes and addressing the unique needs of her community, Luisa works tirelessly to provide culturally sensitive guidance and resources, ensuring that every individual has access to the care and support they deserve.
