Dasya’ serves as the Faculty-Led Program Coordinator. In this role, she focuses on faculty-led programming and faculty outreach initiatives.  

As a Theatre and Japanese Studies Major, she has been able to see styles and techniques that are different, but effective in both Eastern and Western regions and why they are unique in their own way. Dasya''s experience with study abroad occurred during an unforeseeable event, COVID-19, in Japan in Spring 2020. Her time was cut short there, but the experience and the connections she made along the way were inspirational.  If you want to speak in Japanese, she is more than willing to, but go easy on her because her skills are rusty.  On her spare time, you can find her watching a good movie/t.v. show, feeling the rhythm and chord changes/progression in music, and geeking out to anime and comics.
