Morgan Morris-Inabinet

Morgan Morris Inabinet serves as the Director of Education Abroad.  In addition to supporting the great work of the EAO team, Morgan is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of USC's education abroad and other international programming for undergraduate and graduate students.  With a background in international law enforcement, she specializes in travel risk management and supporting the health, safety, security, and well-being of international travelers.  Morgan plays an active role in the education abroad and global security fields by regularly contributing conference sessions and serving on several leadership boards and committees.

Morgan has worked in international affairs for over a decade.  She previously served as the EAO's Assistant Director for Global Health, Safety, and Security from 2015-2022.  Prior to entering the field of international education, Morgan worked in international law enforcement within the Office of International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC.  As an undergraduate, she spent a summer studying Mandarin in Suzhou, China; a semester traveling throughout Europe completing coursework related to European politics; and a semester completing an internship at the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, Scotland.

In her spare time, Morgan enjoys taking day trips around the Carolinas and spending time with her family, especially her two dogs.  And of course, she's always embracing the occupational hazard of dreaming about her next international adventure.
