Federal Work-Study is a financial aid program funded by the federal government and
administered by the university. Students can find employment to help pay for college
expenses beyond the tuition bill.
Work-Study During the Campus Closure Due to the Coronavirus
Work-study students should work with their supervisor on the possibility of working
remotely for the remaining spring semester. This decision will be up to each individual
department. If you are able to work, students are advised to limit their hours worked
to no more than their average hours worked per week prior to the closure and should
not exceed 20 hours per week. For students who are continuing to work in multiple
jobs, the hours worked in each job should be accurately reflected in ITAMS.
