Chapter Coaching

The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life staff is determined to ensure that chapter leaders and members feel valued and supported through interactions with our entire team. All chapters and councils have direct contact with their respective council advisors; additionally, they will also have a chapter coach to help maintain accountability with the Annual Chapter Expectation (ACE) program as well as general chapter operations. 

Role of Chapter Coaches 
  • Support and advise assigned chapters through ACE and chapter operations.
  • Maintain relationship and contact with chapter president and other chapter officers.
  • Collaborate with council advisor, inter/national headquarters, chapter advisors, and other university departments to best support chapters.
  • Provide knowledge, assistance, and resources available on/off campus.
