Admission to a graduate program is a two step process. You must first be admitted to your academic program. After receiving admission from your program, the Graduate School must also admit you. Once you have received an admission notification from both your department and USC's Graduate School, you will then be considered "officially" admitted.

Do you need to improve your English proficiency before starting your academic program at USC? English Programs for Internationals (EPI) will give you the language tools you need to succeed. EPI provides high-quality English instruction to international students whose goals may be academic, professional or personal. EPI provides the instruction, assessment, and resources you need in order to be a successful student at USC.
