Research Details

In spring 2013, the National Resource Center for The First-Year Experience and Students in Transition conducted the National Survey of Peer Leaders (NSPL). The purpose of this survey was to gain a more accurate view of engagement in and outcomes from student participation in peer leadership experiences in American higher education. A total of 4,016 students from 49 four-year institutions in the US reported participating in one or more peer leadership experiences during their undergraduate career.
