What to Expect

Connect your classroom learning with your career goals through a supervised internship. You'll gain real-world professional experience by working at least 10 hours per week for 14 weeks at an internship site and also write reflections about your experience. Past public-interest sites have included the Lancaster Dept. of Social Services, the state Department of Juvenile Justice, the Walterboro Police Department, Girls Scouts of South Carolina, the state Guardian Ad Litem program and the Texas Cultural Trust.

This engagement qualifies for these special designations:

  • Option to appear on USC Experience extended transcript
