As a liberal arts graduate herself, Ashley is honored to support students within the College of Arts and Sciences utilize their full potential as they prepare for life beyond USC. Ashley provides strategic planning and support for experiential learning, career readiness, and employer engagement within the College of Arts and Sciences.  

Ashley joined the College of Arts and Sciences in 2023 but has been serving USC for over 10 years. She has prior roles at USC in the Darla Moore School of Business as Director of Graduate Career Education, Assistant Director for Career Education and a Career Coach in the Career Center, and a Leadership Coach within the Department of Student Life. Prior to her service at USC she worked in various roles at Medaille College and the University at Buffalo in New York where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration.  

She is passionate about helping students learn about themselves, gain experience, and unlock their full potential to launch into their future. She has over 15 years' experience in career development and has published articles, presented at national conferences, and has received national recognition for her contributions to the field.  

She is a coffee lover, documentary binger, podcast listener, hiker, camper, New Yorker, and mom of two.
