Megan manages and directs strategic initiatives for the College of Arts and Sciences by leading a team that works together to build meaningful and intentional relationships across the University of South Carolina system and with alumni, donors, and the community for the advancement of the College. 

Prior to joining the College to lead External Relations, Megan was the Director of Development at Historic Columbia where she oversaw the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all fundraising and membership programs of Historic Columbia.  

Megan has served on the boards of organizations including the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the International Association of Business Communicators, the YMCA of Columbia, and she volunteers with many other organizations and initiatives.  

Megan is passionate about Columbia and enjoys exploring all that her adopted hometown has to offer, and she is happy to be back on the Carolina campus as a proud alum.
