Charles (Chuck) Kegley, Distinguished Pearce Professor of International Relations Emeritus, and former Chair of the department (1981-1985), has co-authored a new book with Gregory Raymond (USC Ph.D., Frank Church Professor of Policy Studies Emeritus at Boise State University). Their book titled “The Great Powers and World Order” will be published by Sage Publications/ CQ Press in January 2020.
