Jerry Lin (UofSC, PhD 2020) joins Institute of Political Science at Academic Sinica as a post-doctoral research fellow. Academia Sinica is the most preeminent academic institution in Taiwan, was founded in 1928 to promote and undertake scholarly research in the sciences and humanities. 

Jerry Lin's research interests include comparative political economy, comparative political institutions, income inequality and democracy. His current research project focuses on how citizen's perceptions of income inequality is associated with participation in protests.
