"Advocacy begins and ends the nurse-patient relationship, and is one of our most crucial tasks as a nurse. As you begin this program, you will learn the scientific basis of nursing, and later in this program you will learn the ethical basis of nursing. The first step to becoming a master in the topic of nursing, is to master health advocacy."  - Ebony Capone, MEPN student
