CarboNix, a USC company, is recruiting individuals with carpeted areas of their home to test
a new technology to remove dust mites and allergens from carpet, mattresses, and upholstery.
Participants' homes will be treated at no charge and given two $25 Wal Mart gift cards
for their complete participation in the study. The only involvement of the participant
is to allow CarboNix to treat their home as well as collect dust samples from carpets,
mattresses, & upholstered items receiving treatment before, and up to 2 times after
the treatment is performed.
