NEWSPLEX RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Jordan Ellis is the Newsplex Resource Coordinator. He is responsible
for providing technical support for the facility as well as training
for Newsplex participants in both multimedia software and broadcast
equipment.
Ellis is a former news director and anchor for radio station group
Elberton Radiocasting where he covered news and events happening
in the Northeast Georgia region. He is a 2003 graduate of the University
of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism with a bachelor's degree
in telecommunications.
While at the University of Georgia, he trained in the many aspects
of video news production and worked as a production manager, director,
photojournalist and editor for multiple campus news productions
including Newsource 15, Georgia Gameday and Athens After Hours. |
