Information Science major, SLIS
Megan Coker grew up as a member of a musical military
family whose idea of fun is learning, laughing and visiting
as many museums as possible. She is an information science
major (which means she really loves to research) in the
School of Library and Information Science at the USC. She
enjoyed the opportunity to study abroad during the summer
of 2010, where she explored libraries, museums and archives
across the UK and in Paris.
Coker is in her senior year and is looking forward to
continuing her studies; she intends to pursue graduate
degrees in public history and cultural studies. Her goal
is to be a museum curator of cultural history.
