Strength & Conditioning

The STWFC offers members a variety of weight-training and cardiovascular equipment and a 1/7 mile track.

Weight Floor Updates

Due to current Covid conditions, as well as patron utilization, we will be ceasing the need for weight room & pool reservations for the time being. We will re-evaluate as needed. Thank you for your patience & flexibility.


Fitness Equipment Placement

Updates have been made to promote physical distancing. Fitness equipment has been relocated throughout the facility, with items in the weight room, cardio deck, racquetball courts one and two, and outside the climbing wall on the first floor. 

Weight Room

The weight room is our most recognizable fitness space with a variety of equipment to fit your needs.

Cardiovascular Area

The cardio deck is located on the third floor and includes treadmills, elliptical and rowing machines, and a three-lane, 1/7 mile  track.

  • Stair Climbers
  • Treadmills
  • Upper Body Ergometers (ADA accessible)
  • Upright Bikes 

Additional Areas

Additional equipment can also be found outside the climbing wall, and on the weight room balcony when the STWFC Outdoor Pool is open/weather permitting.
