How to make a weight room reservation
- Click “Create Account” on IMLeagues.com.
- Fill out all information and click “Sign-Up”. Remember you must use your UofSC email address.
- Go to your email and activate your account with the email they send you.
- Log-in to your account on IMLeagues.com
- Click on the “Fitness” tab at the top of your imleagues.com UofSC home page.
- For Group X classes
- Select the class that you would like to reserve for that day, or search future classes by date or format.
- Click “Sign-up” and submit all required information.
- For the STWFC Weight Floor
- Select the day and time slot that you would like to reserve.
- Click “Sign-up” and submit all required information.
- Click “Sign-up” and submit all required information.
- You have now completed your reservation, look for a confirmation email with details.
Weight Room
The weight room is our most recognizable fitness space with a variety of equipment to fit your needs.

Cardiovascular Area
The cardio deck is located on the third floor and includes treadmills, elliptical and rowing machines, and a three-lane, 1/7 mile track.

- Upper Body Ergometers (ADA accessible)

Additional Areas
Additional equipment can also be found outside the climbing wall, and on the weight room balcony when the STWFC Outdoor Pool is open/weather permitting.
