Strength & Conditioning

The STWFC offers members a variety of weight-training and cardiovascular equipment and a 1/7 mile track.

Strength Area

The strength area has been updated to promote physical distancing and is located on the main floor, as well as main gym courts one and two. It offers members of all fitness levels access to an abundance of machines

Cardiovascular Area

The cardio deck is located on the third floor and includes treadmills, eliptical and rowing machines, and a three-lane , 1/7 mile Mondo walking/running track.

  • Upper Body Ergometers (ADA accessible)

Strength and Conditioning Area Rules

Members who do not adhere to the equipment area rules will be asked to leave and may forfeit their membership.
