Strength & Conditioning

The STWFC offers members a variety of weight-training and cardiovascular equipment and a 1/7 mile track.

Weight Floor Reservations Required

 Reservations are required for the STWFC Weight Floor. Visit our Fitness page for instructions on how to create your IMLeagues account and reserve your spot on the weight floor.


Weight Room, Main Gym, and Racquetball Courts 1 & 2

Updates have been made to promote physical distancing. Equipment is located on the weight room, the main gym, and racquetball courts one and two. Reservations are required for the weightroom.

Cardiovascular Area

The cardio deck is located on the third floor and includes treadmills, eliptical and rowing machines, and a three-lane , 1/7 mile  track.
