Student Health and Well-Being

Flu & Covid 19

Keep your vaccines and boosters up to date and get tested if you develop symptoms.

Get Tested

If you are experiencing significant symptoms consistent with COVID-19, schedule an appointment through MyHealthSpace for an in-person or virtual visit with a health care provider.

Returning to Class

The guidelines for returning to normal activities following Respiratory Viruses (COVID/FLU) are the same. If a student asks, the CDC recommendations are:

  • You can go back to your normal activities when, for at least 24 hours, both are true:
    • Your symptoms are getting better overall, and
    • You have not had a fever (and are not using fever-reducing medication).

Wearing a mask when experiencing respiratory illness is also recommended. If you work at the front desk, please ask the students to wear a mask if they are coughing/sneezing.

Follow the Guidance

Follow the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to greatly reduce your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines including boosters.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
