Apply to attend civil rights alternative spring break

The annual alternative spring break civil rights tour allows students to travel to seven cities and four states to visit museums, institutes, centers, universities and historic places identified with The Civil Rights Movement. This year will focus on student involvement in the civil rights movement and the milestones that fueled their interest and involvement in civil rights.

The trip fee is $300 for students, which includes transportation, lodging, museum admission and some meals. The deadline to apply is Feb. 7.
