Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)

We perform IAQ inspections upon request for university personnel who are experiencing adverse health effects during the course of the workday which may be related to indoor air quality.

IAQ inspections include:

  • visual inspection of occupied spaces and air-handling systems serving the space.
  • measurement of indoor temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide concentrations to evaluate comfort and adequacy of outside air introduction.
  • air monitoring for relevant contaminants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), particulates and mold spores.

Upon completion of the IAQ inspection, we will work with facilities and all other parties involved to help resolve those IAQ issues identified during the course of the inspection.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
