Cooking Workshops

Eating well while managing a busy class schedule can be a challenge.  Our Registered Dietitian can help you learn how to balance your nutrition and your education.

What to Expect

At this 2 hour-long class, students will meet with a Registered Dietitian to learn how to prepare balanced meals and snacks on and off campus. By the end of the class, students will increase their basic nutrition knowledge, know tips for eating on a budget and expand their cooking skills.


Workshop Schedule

Cooking Workshops are offered thourghout the spring and fall semesters. This classes are presented in-person at our Demo Kitchen at the Student Health & Well-Being Center.
