We host numerous events throughout the year to engage students, staff, faculty, and community members in sustainable initiatives on campus and in the community.  

March 2020

Date: Wednesday, March 4
Time:  4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Place: Russell House Ballroom

The Green Career Fair is focused on the sustainability industry, featuring employers with job, internship, volunteer and shadowing opportunities both on and off campus. Registration is required for students and employers.

April 2020

Date: Tuesday, April 21
Time:  10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Place: Healthy Carolina Farmer's Market on Greene Street

Every year around Earth Day we join forces with the Healthy Carolina Farmers Market to host a mini festival on campus filled with music from student performers, art and food!

September 2020

Date: Tuesday, September 29
Time:  4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Place: Russell House Ballroom

The Sustainability Showcase: Research & Practice is an opportunity to learn more about what students, faculty, research labs, classes, and other groups are doing to promote sustainability on campus.

October 2020

Date: Tuesday, October 20
Time:  11 a.m. - 1 p.m. (exact start time of show TBD)
Place: Greene Street in conjunction with the Healthy Carolina Farmer's Market

Reclaimed Runway is a fashion show with designs made out of recycled and upcycled materials.

November 2020

Date: Wednesday, November 11
Time:  8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Place: Darla Moore School of Business, Sonoco Pavilion

The Green Networking Breakfast is focused on creating a space where students, staff, faculty, and community members interested in the sustainability industry can spend the morning discussing current events, future collaborations, and potential career/research opportunities . Registration is required for all.
