Convenient bicycle racks are located directly outside campus buildings as well as inside vehicle parking garages.
Campus Bike Shop
Students, faculty and staff can get free bicycle repairs at the Bike Shop, plus tips for maintaining and repairing their bikes at home or on the trail.
UofSC Cycling Club
The Gamecock Cycling and Triathlon Club welcomes bike riders of all backgrounds and abilities to join rides, advocate for bike initiatives, and compete in regional races.
Bike Registration
Any bike parked on campus must be registered. Identification decals are also required on bicycles to discourage theft and help recover the bike if it's stolen.

Getting around campus by shuttle is easy, convenient and free! Our routes take students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members to all areas of campus, reducing or eliminating the need to travel by car.
Columbia's Public Transit System
The city's transit system, The Comet, can help students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members get around town without traveling by car. Better yet, new USC students can ride The Comet for free their entire first year if they sign up for a Free Pass.
