The Office of Corporate and Community Engagement (CCE) strengthens Palmetto College's partnerships with employers, community organizations, and nonprofit stakeholders across South Carolina. Launched in early 2026,  CCE expands Palmetto College’s statewide presence by helping organizations support their employees in starting or continuing their education through our campuses and online programs.

CCE also advances economic and workforce development by fostering relationships that create paid internship opportunities, professional growth pathways, and access to educational resources. In addition, the office collaborates with community groups to broaden access to learning opportunities and AI training through the Palmetto College AI Innovation Labs located throughout the state. These efforts complement and enhance outreach already conducted by the regional Palmetto College campuses at Lancaster, Salkehatchie, Sumter and Union.

Together, the CCE team advances Palmetto College’s mission by building sustainable partnerships that expand educational access, strengthen communities, and support South Carolina’s workforce and economic development.
