Mission Statement
The USC Palmetto College Office of Corporate and Community Engagement (CCE) partners with employers, community organizations and nonprofit groups to expand access to education, workforce development and AI‑supported learning opportunities across South Carolina. Through strategic relationships, coordinated outreach and collaboration with Palmetto College’s regional campuses, CCE strengthens pathways for employees and community members to begin or continue their studies while also supporting paid internships and professional growth.

CCE envisions a statewide network of thriving partnerships that empower South Carolina’s workforce, uplift communities and expand educational attainment. By connecting employers, community stakeholders and Palmetto College’s academic resources, including its AI Innovation Labs and online and campus‑based programs, CCE aims to be a catalyst for opportunity, innovation and meaningful civic and economic impact across the regions we serve.
