Creed Multimedia Scholarship contest is accepting submissions

To celebrate the Carolinian Creed turning 30 this year, the Creed Multimedia Scholarship contest is asking students to share why the creed is still relevant today. Students can create a multimedia (song, video), visual (photo story, painting, poster), or written submission (essay, poem, blog post). Submissions are due Nov. 1.

The winner of the contest will receive a $750 scholarship, share a meal with dean of students Marc Shook and receive an excellence coin from President Bob Caslen. The runner-up of the contest will receive a $250 scholarship.

Submissions can be sent to saosc@mailbox.sc.edu or dropped off at the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity in Byrnes, Suite 201. For more information about the creed and the contest, visit the the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity website.
