Employee Well-Being, Campus Recreation partnering for Employee Wellness Month

USC will host complimentary tours, classes and workshops throughout June

Employee Well-Being and Campus Recreation are partnering to bring USC faculty and staff of a month of activities to celebrate Employee Wellness Month.

June will be full of events designed exclusively for faculty and staff, including complimentary fitness classes, wellness breaks and educational sessions.

“This month is a perfect reminder that making time for us is a vital part of showing up fully for others. These activities create a space for faculty and staff to slow down, recharge and prioritize their well-being,” says health education specialist Ayanna Thomas.

“These events are designed to not only help reduce stress and boost energy, but also strengthen our sense of connection with our fellow Gamecocks. We want every employee to feel supported, appreciated and reminded that their wellness matters.”

Faculty and staff will be able to track their activities throughout the month with a Passport to Well-Being, which will be provided to participants. Faculty and staff who complete at least four activities will be eligible for a prize drawing from Employee Well-Being.
